You may need to request access if not already given to edit with both the spreadsheet and the calendar. Please add the information (as it pertains to the event). The months will have separate tabs so please make sure you pay attention to which tab you are on. If it goes through multiple months, please add to each month's tab or to the ongoing tab.

Make sure you include any beneficiaries of the events/fundraising to highlight the support. Events must be inclusive and open to community members. Accessibility should be considered when forming the event. Please include details about parking.

The information in the spreadsheet will be used to fill the monthly event emails. If posted for the following month after the 15th of each month, I cannot guarantee it will be on the monthly email.

Please also request access for the calendar to add to the calendar to make sure your event is displayed timely. I will attempt to add events to the calendar, but I cannot guarantee swiftness due to my schedule.

The events highlighted and sent in the monthly email will be those highlighted on the google doc linked above so please make sure to add your events to this list in order to be highlighted in the monthly event email. There are many events going on and I'd love to include them all, but I'm unable to track them all down myself. :P If you have a google calendar for your events, send me the link and I will subscribe so your events will be listed automatically on the calendar as you enter on yours.
