Coining new word: STREST
Strest: The act of avoiding something by "resting" without giving yourself the space to rest. Continuing to stress about what needs to be done/ productivity. Not restful or peaceful. Not intentional rest.
We all deserve rest.

We want to stand for and speak with the entire community- in and outside of Richmond, VA. We can discuss national issues; however, we want to focus most on what impacts Virginia and the happenings of Virginia.
